Welcome to Lincoln City and BayShore Physical Therapy!

Charlie Mina founded Lincoln City Physical Therapy in 1985. Graduating from Pacific University in 1977, he joined North Lincoln Hospital as a staff Physical Therapist eventually becoming the Director of Rehabilitation Services. His primary objective has always been to provide the highest quality of patient care and to bring state of the art physical therapy care to the community. He brings 37 years of Experience to our patients in meeting their rehabilitation and wellness needs.

Lars and Nolan Kellow earned their Doctorate Physical Therapy degrees from The University Of Puget Sound in 2007 and 2009 respectively. Both were raised in Pacific City and attended the Nestucca High School and after gaining their college education came home to serve their community.


Anita came to us in 1999, after earning her PTA license in 1988 from Mt. Hood Community College.


Toni Barnes has been employed with Lincoln City Physical Therapy for 15 years. As the Business Office Manager she has the unenviable job of billing and collections and addressing various insurance and billing concerns and, along with the Director, develops and implements budget and practice policies.


Rebecca Mina has been involved with Lincoln City Physical Therapy since it was founded. Along with the Business Office Manager she assists in Billing and collection and serves as a substitute front desk manager.


Erin Lahti is in charge of patient scheduling and reception. She has been employed with Lincoln City Physical Therapy for 10 years. 


Janice McCardell joined Lincoln City Physical Therapy in October of 2013. Charged with the responsibility of patient scheduling and reception at the Bayshore Physical Therapy and Fitness Center she brings to the practice strong skills set to provide exellent customer service.
